YOUR DESIRES AREN’T TOO MUCH

Somatic sex and relationship coaching for people who crave more.

Maybe your relationship is “okay,” but something feels missing.

On the surface, things work, but inside, you don’t feel fully fulfilled.

Maybe you long for better sex or more intimacy, but don’t know how to get there.
Maybe you or your partner has lost desire, and you miss intimacy.
Maybe you’re experiencing emotional distance.

You’re allowed to want more.

Listening to your desires isn’t selfish; it’s essential.

When desires are ignored, they often create distance in relationships, resentment, loss of intimacy, and chronic frustration.

Over time, this can lead to recurring conflict, affairs, or separation.

The consequences are too high not to start taking our wants seriously.

Start listening to yourself to create a pathway toward deeper connection and satisfying intimacy.

I work with people who long to…

feel more fulfilled in their relationship and sex lives,
experience mind-blowing intimacy,
understand what they truly want,
overcome challenges like erectile dysfunction or vulvar pain,
and navigate low desire - whether it’s their own or their partner’s.

Over the course of five years, I’ve supported hundreds of people in creating deeply fulfilling sex and relationship lives. My coaching combines psychological science with body-based practices to address intimacy and relational patterns in ways that foster real, lasting change rather than purely intellectual insight.

In our work together, we start by clarifying your goals and what you want to focus on, and each session is tailored around what feels most relevant to you. Sessions are experiential and embodied, meaning we don’t just talk about challenges, we actively practice tools that help you navigate them in real life. This may include exploring breath, arousal, attraction, fantasies, and patterns in a way that feels safe and supported. Over time, you build a practical toolkit for intimacy and relationships that you can carry with you beyond our sessions.

In my coaching practice,

I integrate science-based sexuality research with embodied practices to support deep and lasting change.

At its core, this work focuses on helping people develop the tools and insights needed to foster the sex and relationship lives they most desire.
